Miso Butter Chicken Over Cabbage: I am pleased to introduce you to the schmaltzy buttery dinner of your DREAMS! This dish has it all, a short ingredient list, it’s a one pan-er, and it has a built-in side. Love to see it!! The cabbage caramelizes under a gorgeous spatchcocked chicken, it’s a must make.
-
Creamy Spring Pasta W/Cilantro, Lamb, & Asparagus: Did someone say transitional foods? This pasta keeps the comfort of colder weather while bringing in the serotonin of spring through its vibrant green color palette. My friend Haven gave this a 15/10. What more do you need to hear?
-
Herby Ricotta Dip: I made my IGTV debut, whipping up this dip into a little snack plate! This was also the inspiration for the springy pasta above. This dip is a great non-recipe recipe to have on hand for the days when you don’t fully feel like cooking.

My birthday was at the end of March so naturally, I have to show you what I drank and ate to celebrate!
-
Mercy Me Breakfast Tacos: the day started strong with the corn and egg breakfast tacos from Mercy Me, they are not pictured because I ate them the second I got my hands on that wonderful, warm, aluminum wrapped packaged.
-
Compliments Only: Crunchy Boi: after a brief walk/hike through rock crock park it was important to refuel with packed subs from compliments only! My favorite is the Crunchy Boi with salami - this thing comes with pickles/chips/garlic mayo. What more could you want on your sandwich???
-
Mercy Me Manhattan: Tacos weren’t the only thing picked up from Mercy Me, they also have fantastic to-go cocktails. These very much pack a punch and made the walk back a lot more enjoyable.
-
Fat Choi Hot Pot: The main event!! We rented a whole hot pot set up from Fat Choi and let me tell you - it is worth setting an alarm to get on their pre-orders. This was not only fun, but it was also incredibly delicious!!!
