DILL BUTTER GREEN BEANS

 Salsa Macha inspired chicken tacos

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ lb French green beans, trimmed

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

  • ⅓ cup fresh dill, chopped

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Kosher salt and black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a high-sided sauté pan of water to a boil.

  2. Add green beans and cook for 3 min until bright green; drain and set aside.

  3. Empty water; return pan to medium-low heat.

  4. Add 2 tablespoon butter + garlic; cook 8 min until translucent and lightly browned.

  5. Add beans, remaining butter, lemon juice, and dill; toss to coat.

  6. Season with salt and pepper; serve with lemon wedge.
