
INGREDIENTS

1 ½ lb French green beans, trimmed

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

⅓ cup fresh dill, chopped

Juice of ½ lemon

Kosher salt and black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Bring a high-sided sauté pan of water to a boil.

Add green beans and cook for 3 min until bright green; drain and set aside.

Empty water; return pan to medium-low heat.

Add 2 tablespoon butter + garlic; cook 8 min until translucent and lightly browned.

Add beans, remaining butter, lemon juice, and dill; toss to coat.

Season with salt and pepper; serve with lemon wedge.
