INGREDIENTS

• 2 pints good vanilla ice cream

• 1 jar Fabbri Amarena cherries

• Flaky salt, for serving

• Extra virgin olive oil, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Get 8 of your cutest ice cream dishes out and let the ice cream soften a little.

2. Scoop 2-3 generous scoops of ice cream in to each dish and top with a few cherries, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of flaky salt.

3. Serve right away!
