Store-bought is Fine Sundae
A no-cook sundae made with good vanilla ice cream, amarena cherries, olive oil, and flaky salt for an easy but intentional dessert.

- 2 pints good-quality vanilla ice cream
- 1 jar Fabbri amarena cherries
- Extra-virgin olive oil for serving
- Flaky salt for serving
Set out the ice cream for a few minutes to soften slightly.
Scoop 2–3 generous scoops of ice cream into each serving dish.
Top with a few amarena cherries.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a small pinch of flaky salt.
Serve immediately.
